Rachel Dye Rachel started as a personal training client with us and then joined the Rain City Fitness team in June of 2023. She has a strong passion for helping others and helping them realize they’re capable of great things! Having struggled with fitness in her past, she understands how daunting starting from ground zero can be. Nothing makes her happier than transforming clients that have little to no experience into strong and confident fitness enthusiasts! Rachel changed her life in her mid thirties when she realized diets and fads are not the way to achieve long term goals. She began educating herself on healthy eating and weight lifting. This started an enthusiasm for lifestyle change that led her to become a certified personal trainer. Rachel is a certified NASM personal trainer and plans to acquire additional certifications in yoga and rehabilitation movement. A thirst for knowledge keeps her striving to learn constantly with an excitement to pass that guidance on to her clients. Rachel loves spending time with her husband Allan and dog Spy, off-roading and hiking.
