She joined Rain City Fitness in 2018. Through the years, Sarah has created Function Yoga, a practice built on a strong foundation of safety and awareness that supports your long-term mobility and health. Functional Yoga creates body proprioception (an understanding of your bodies location, movements, and actions) while nurturing mobility that you then apply to your life off your mat. During my first teacher training I was experiencing the depth of my depression. Through yoga I found a space that sustains healing and nurtures self-love. I am grateful for going through depression because it gave me the empathy used in teaching my clients. Yoga is an inward evolution. I honor where you are in the moment with no expectation or judgment. I hold this space for you while showing you how to practice greeting yourself with the same compassion. I find that my calling in life is to be of service to others through holistic techniques and traditions.
